Tell me how you eat and I'll tell you what hair you have!

Yes, it is not a commercial but it is the reality: the beauty born from within. So many of you ask me how I can get it hair always bright and strong, the answer is simple: 1) I take great care of my look and 2) a nourished and rich diet of vitamins will make your hair healthy and shiny like mine!

Together with the Nutrition Blog Eat Good & Lose Weight of Dr. Andrea Pesce (link) and the always valid suggestions of the Staff Mimì Colonna, we will explain to you that a healthy and balanced diet is the secret for hair that is always beautiful, cared for and in shape.

The hair grows about 1 - 2 inches per month and growth androgenetic it takes into account what we eat, our lifestyle and the amount of stress we store.

For this follow a healthy and balanced food education will make yours hair stronger, your mood more cheerful and your whole body will benefit!

There are many foods that can help your hair health but here are my 'favorites' and my 'inevitable' beauty tricks:

  • WATER

Increase consumption of water it's my main secret. It seems obvious, but when the days are busy, you often forget to drink; so you don't meet your water needs and so ... girls drink! I give you an advice add one lemon slice in your glass of water to increase its moisturizing power!

  • SPINACH

You will all remember Popeye (Popeye) and yes, spinach makes us stronger inside and out! Like all dark leafy vegetables, they are rich in iron that serves to strengthen hair that is too thin, vitamin E to prevent hair loss and antioxidants to keep the hair young. Also in this case I suggest you always add a few drops of lemon, because vitamin C assimilates the iron contained in these vegetables to the best.

  • CEREALS

Cereals are also an excellent rich food that will bring benefits to the hair. Vitamins, mineral salts, iron, zinc and folic acid they are the main elements that compose them. All these substances help to carry out restructuring action and to promote the reproductive process of capillary cells.

  • WALNUTS

Inevitable my beloved nuts that as you all know by now contain high quantities of omega 3, zinc and selenium and therefore their powerful antioxidant action guarantees soft and silky hair.

  • CARROTS

Good and useful for everything, they offer a high contribution of Vitamin A, essential for keeping the scalp healthy and promoting healthy and strong hair growth.

  • OLIVE OIL

Last but not least (although the list would still be very long), my beloved olive oil, the healthiest among the toppings, because it stimulates the circulation of good cholesterol and is full of antioxidants, the first enemies of the free radicals harmful to the hair.
